COVID Space Use Guidelines - ERUUF Campus 2023

ERUUF Groups may meet indoors by making a reservation through the Office (request a room/space).
Overview
Specific mandates are in place for ERUUF worship, Religious Education events are outlined ERUUF's COVID policy (linked at end of this article).
General group and rental rules and guidelines are:
- Masking indoor is optional but highly encouraged.
- Food can be served indoors at this time.
- Music Groups with a designated leader may rehearse in the Sanctuary or Fellowship Hall.
- The Group members must wear masks when singing; use the HEPA filter.
- Rehearsals are limited to 75 people in the Sanctuary.
- Memorials and Weddings are can be scheduled (see full policy for additional information).
Before meeting on campus requirements:
- The group’s leader will contact the ERUUF Office (Facilities Coordinator) and provide information about the size of the group and the requested day and time of meeting(s). Link to online space request form: request a room/space
- The ERUUF Office/Facilities Coordinator will designate space for the group based on availabilty.
- The group leader, minister, or senior staff member will share Rules of Use with group members.
- The group may meet if all members who attend in person agree to the rules.
Terms and Room Use Policies
General Use
- In order to reseve space on campus, you must submit a request form and wait to receive confirmation for the office: https://rooms.eruuf.
org/request-a-room.html - If you plan to use A/V equipment in the room, please incude this with your rooms request and schedule an orientation with the office.
- Use only the room(s) assigned to you.
- The space is only available to you during the timeframe of your reservation or rental. This includes setup and clean-up. If you need more time, please contact the office.
- You must have permission to use the kitchen prior to using it.
- Please familiarize yourself with the ERUUF Guidelines for Waste Reduction, Waste Management, and Clean-Up
- Use of piano or other equipment requires approval prior to use.
- Security and key deposits shall be returned to you within 10 business days provided keys are returned in working condition and the room(s) are in the same or better condition as before your room use.
Before You Leave Checklist
- Leave the room at least as clean as you found it.
- Return all furniture to designated “room neutral” positions in the appropriate rooms.
- Turn off lights, appliances and other equipment. If you adjusted settings, reset AC/heat settings according to instructions posted at the thermostats.
- Please wash any dishes left from your meeting.
- Return any building keys to the office. Optional return for CARE Building keys: There is a safe drop box in the CARE Bldg. kitchen, mounted on the wall next to the refrigerator; be sure and include your organization’s name when leaving keys in the drop box.
- If your trash is more than what will fit in the small receptacles, please gather and bring it to the dumpster located on the gravel road behind the Fellowship Hall.
- Building Lockup: Close and lock windows. If you are the last to leave the building, turn off hall and other lights. Lock all Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall and CARE Building doors. The hex key for inside panic bars stored in the upper corner of the door frames.

Payment Terms
Please see your contract for specific dates, amounts and payment schedules. The following is offered as a general guideline. Your initial payment secures your reservation.
