When paying your rental, please include the following:

• Invoice or invoice number if possible
• Organization (if applicable)
• Event name
• Date(s)

Payments can be made in three ways:

1. In person during normal room processing hours (see bottom of page).

2. Payments in check, money order, cashier's check (no cash please!) can be mailed to:
